The Service is a real-time anonymous voting web application using QR codes. No account registration is required, and it can be used from a web browser.

2. Terms of Use

  • The Service is available free of charge
  • No special software installation is required
  • An internet connection is required

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using the Service:

  • Interfering with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on servers
  • Interfering with other users' use of the Service
  • Activities that violate laws or public order
  • Unauthorized commercial use of the Service

4. Disclaimer

  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service
  • The Company assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of the Service
  • The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice
  • Rooms are automatically closed after 15 minutes of inactivity

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or its rightful owners.

6. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect upon publication on this page.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
